6.2. No Liability for Losses: CorkVeste is not liable for any investment losses, including losses of principal, arising from decisions made based on our advice or services.

6.3. Client Responsibility: You are responsible for making investment decisions based on your financial goals and risk tolerance. CorkVeste provides advice and recommendations, but ultimately, the decision to invest or not invest is yours.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1. Prohibited Actions: You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.
• Distributing harmful software, viruses, or malware.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent security measures on the website or services.

8.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations when using the services.

9. Intellectual Property

10.2. Termination by CorkVeste: CorkVeste reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to our business or other users.

10.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will cease to have access to CorkVeste’s services, and any outstanding fees will remain payable.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. No Liability for Indirect Losses: CorkVeste will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

11.2. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall CorkVeste’s liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

12.1. You agree to indemnify and hold CorkVeste, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

13. Dispute Resolution
